Best advice for a fitness newbie?
It’s about effort, not fitness level. Work out to your own ability.
Fitness can start out as a chore, but when you start seeing results and the huge benefits of training, mental health, motivation, and raised energy levels, then it becomes enjoyment!

Best advice for a fitness newbie?
Regardless of how fit you are, it doesn’t get any easier. The fitter you get, the more you lift, the harder you work and the fitter you will become. Effort is everything.
